Dato’ Wong Pui Lam, aMalaysian, aged 72, was appointed as our Independent Non-Executive Director on 19March 2005. Dato’ Wong
graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) from Universiti Sains Malaysia and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from
University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom. He is also awarded the Certificate of Legal Practice by The Lembaga Kelayakan Profesion
Undang-Undang, Malaysia.
He is amember of theChartered Instituteof ArbitratorsUnitedKingdom andMalaysiaBranch. Dato’Wong is a former Senior PoliceOfficer
of theRoyal MalaysiaPolice, having retired as theDeputyChief PoliceOfficer Kuala Lumpur inDecember 1996.
He iscurrentlyanAdvocateandSolicitor of theHighCourt ofMalaya.He isapractising lawyer andapartner of a legal firm inKlangValley.He
is aDirector inKopMantapBerhad, a holding company of PolisKoperasi Malaysia. He alsoholds directorship in aprivate limited company.
Dato’WongPui Lam is theChairman of theNomination andRemunerationCommittees of our Company. He is also amember of theAudit
Committee. He has attended all five Boardmeetings held in the financial year. He does not have any family relationship with any director
and/or major shareholder of our Group, nor does he have any conflict of interest with our Group. He has no convictions for any offences
within the past ten (10) years.

ChongYewKiang, aMalaysian, aged65,was appointedasour Independent Non-ExecutiveDirector on19March2005. He is amember of
Malaysian Instituteof Accountants, Canadian Instituteof CharteredAccountants andFinancial PlanningAssociationofMalaysia. Heholds a
Master’s Degree in Science (Business Administration) fromUniversity of BritishColumbia, Vancouver, Canada andBachelor of Economics
(2ndClassUpper) fromUniversity of Malaya.
He began his career as an officer at Bank Negara in 1971. Hewas a lecturer in Accountancy of University of Malaya andwas theHead of
Department before he left for the private sector. He thenworked as theCorporatePlanningManager of GrandUnitedHoldingsBerhad.
Currently, he isaDealer’sRepresentativewithKenanga InvestmentBankBerhad, an investment bank.Healsoholdsdirectorship inaprivate
limited company.
Chong Yew Kiang is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of our Company. He is also a member of the Nomination and Remuneration
Committees. He has attended all five Boardmeetings held in the financial year. He does not have any family relationshipwith any director
and/or major shareholder of our Group, nor does he have any conflict of interest with our Group. He has no convictions for any offences
within the past ten (10) years.

Independent Non-ExecutiveDirector
AnitaChewCheng Im, aMalaysian, aged47,wasappointedasour IndependentNon-ExecutiveDirectoron29October2007.Shegraduated
with a degree inBachelor of Economicsmajoring inAccounting fromMonashUniversity, Australia.
She started her career at KPMG, Melbourne as an Audit Assistant. In 1992, she joined the corporate finance department of Bumiputra
Merchant Bank Berhad and subsequently worked at Alliance Investment Bank Berhad and HwangDBS Investment Bank Berhad. During
her 15 year tenure in the various investment banks, she was involved inmost related areas of corporate finance, advising clients on initial
public offerings, fund raising and corporate restructuring exercises. Her last held position at HwangDBSwas Senior Vice President, Equity
Capital Market.
She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Notion VTec Berhad andMK Land Holdings Berhad, both companies listed on the
MainMarket of BursaSecurities. She also holds directorships in several private limited companies.
Anita ChewCheng Im is amember of the Audit, Nomination andRemunerationCommittees of our Company. She attended all five Board
meetings held in the financial year. She does not have any family relationshipwith any director and/or major shareholder of our Group, nor
does she have any conflict of interest with our Group. She has no convictions for any offenceswithin the past ten (10) years.
